Refund policy
1. Introduction
At DIPOZIT, we are committed to delivering premium-quality leather products crafted to the highest standards. This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchase transactions made through our platform and is drafted in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, applicable provincial Consumer Protection legislation, and general principles of contract law applicable in Pakistan.
Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms herein.
2. Return Eligibility Window
Customers have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be intact and included
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date as recorded by the courier
• The item must not have been altered, customized, or engraved at the customer's request
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from our return policy:
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or show signs of wear
• Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (marked as non-returnable at point of sale)
• Items where the 14-day return window has lapsed
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers must:
• Contact our support team at support@dipozit.com within the 14-day window
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
• Await our written confirmation and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4.2 Packaging & Shipping
• Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging and include the RMA number
• Ship the item to our designated return address (provided upon RMA issuance)
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• DIPOZIT is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipment
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item. Refunds will not be processed for items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria in Section 2.
5.2 Refund Methods
• Bank Transfer (via IBFT to the customer's provided bank account)
• Store Credit (at the customer's election, valid for 90 days)
• Original payment method reversal (where technically feasible)
5.3 Refund Timeline
• Inspection of returned goods: within 2–3 business days of receipt
• Refund processing upon approval: within 5–7 business days
• Bank transfer credit to customer account: subject to the customer's bank processing time (typically 2–5 business days)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our dispatch error.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns. If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference. Exchanges must be requested within the 14-day window.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases:
• We will arrange a free return pickup at our cost
• A full refund or replacement will be offered at your discretion
• No restocking fee will be charged
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the relevant Consumer Court under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation or to the jurisdiction of civil courts in Pakistan.
