Shipping policy
1. Overview
This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on www.dipozit.com. DIPOZIT currently delivers exclusively within Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons (Eid, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.
• An order confirmation email will be sent immediately upon payment. A dispatch notification with tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
3. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Major Cities
Delivery to major urban centres (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta):
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days
3.2 Other Cities & Towns
• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
3.3 Remote & Rural Areas
• Delivery: 7–10 business days (subject to courier network coverage)
• Certain remote areas may not be serviceable; customers will be notified at checkout or promptly after order placement.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
• Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified threshold (as announced on our website from time to time).
• Express shipping, where available, is charged at a premium rate disclosed at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled prior to dispatch or the error is on our part.
5. Courier Partners
We ship through reputable courier companies operating within Pakistan. The specific courier used for your order will be noted in your dispatch confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
• A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS upon dispatch of your order.
• You may track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available in select cities and areas, subject to courier partner coverage.
• Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent in cash at the time of delivery.
• COD orders that are refused upon delivery without legitimate cause may result in the customer being restricted from future COD purchases.
• An additional COD handling fee may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.
8. Undeliverable Packages & Failed Deliveries
A package may be deemed undeliverable if:
• The delivery address provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible
• The recipient is unavailable after two delivery attempts
• The package is refused upon delivery without a valid reason
In such cases:
◦ The courier will make up to two delivery attempts
◦ If undeliverable, the package will be returned to our warehouse
◦ The customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• In the event of a lost shipment (confirmed by the courier as lost), we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. DIPOZIT is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
To update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
11. Public Holidays & Force Majeure
Deliveries do not occur on national public holidays as declared by the Government of Pakistan. Shipping timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, civil unrest, widespread strikes, or other force majeure events. We will communicate any significant delays to affected customers via email or SMS.
