1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and DIPOZIT ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of our e-commerce website located at www.dipozit.com and all related services. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Contract Act, 1872 of Pakistan.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

2. Products & Descriptions

• DIPOZIT specializes in handcrafted and machine-stitched leather products.

• We make every effort to accurately represent product colors, materials, dimensions, and craftsmanship. Minor variations due to the natural characteristics of leather are inherent and not considered defects.

• Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications at our sole discretion.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation dispatched to your registered email address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Errors in product or pricing information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Failure of payment authorization

In such cases, you will be promptly notified and any payments received will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Accepted payment methods include: Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of receipt.

• We use third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on www.dipozit.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photographs, graphic designs, and brand elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of DIPOZIT and is protected under applicable Pakistani intellectual property law and international conventions.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

• Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data

• Engage in fraudulent transactions, charge-backs, or payment disputes without legitimate basis

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from our website

• Post or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

• Violate any applicable law or regulation of Pakistan

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal proceedings under PECA, 2016 or other applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, DIPOZIT and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services

• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity

• Damages resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or internet disruptions

Our aggregate liability in any matter arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is." While we strive for the highest quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is required under mandatory Pakistani consumer protection law. This includes no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the product's stated use.

9. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not endorse or control such websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Amendments

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
